Terms of Use

Effective date: 22/10/2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of reddogstrategies.co (the "Site"), operated by Red Dog Strategies LLC, a California limited liability company ("Red Dog Strategies," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What the Site is for

The Site describes our communications consulting services, shares articles and case studies, lets you subscribe to our newsletter, and lets you contact us about working together. You may use the Site for lawful, personal or internal business purposes.

No professional advice; no engagement

Content on the Site and in our newsletter is general information, not communications, legal, financial or other professional advice for your situation. Reading the Site, subscribing, or submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship. We provide services only under a separate written agreement, and that agreement, not these Terms, governs any engagement.

Information you send us

Please don't send confidential or sensitive information through the Site's forms before we've agreed in writing to keep it confidential. Anything you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or feedback, you agree we may use them without obligation to you.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we'll send you periodic emails about our work and perspectives. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We may stop or change the newsletter at any time.

Your choices

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in violation of any law or anyone else's rights;
  • submit false, misleading, spam or automated form entries;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or interfere with its operation;
  • scrape or harvest Site content in a way that overloads or disrupts the Site, or to republish our content as your own;
  • frame or mirror the Site, or imply we endorse you.

Intellectual property and sharing our content

The Site and its content, including text, frameworks, graphics, logos and the Red Dog Strategies name, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We welcome search engines and AI services crawling, indexing and learning from the Site's public content, including to answer questions and cite our work.
You're welcome to share our articles and case studies, in full or in part, as long as you credit Red Dog Strategies, link to the original on the Site, don't change their meaning, and don't present them as your own or imply our endorsement. Any other copying, adaptation or commercial use, including republishing for a fee or in a paid product, requires our written permission.
Client names, logos and testimonials appear with permission and belong to their owners; you may not reuse them apart from our content.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Dog Strategies and its owners, contractors and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Red Dog Strategies against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the county of our principal place of business, currently Santa Clara County, California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use of the Site means you accept the changes. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time.

General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
